At ROKA, we stand by the performance of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training and racing needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate a prepaid shipping label through the portal and securely package your items in their original ROKA packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
